We are dedicated to bringing creative ideas to fundraising and funding solutions that support individuals in recovery, those with developmental disabilities, and the agencies that serve them. We believe that by connecting the dots between recovery services, disability supports, and mental health resources, we can strengthen the entire community of care.

Our mission’s guiding principle is Connection—because connection is the opposite of isolation, addiction, and stigma. Sup Gurl strives to build bridges between people, providers, and possibilities through intentional partnerships, open dialogue, and creative collaboration. Whether we’re helping an individual find recovery essentials, supporting a provider agency in securing grants, or just meeting someone new and hitting them with the old “Sup Gurl?”, we believe every connection—no matter how small—can move mountains.
